Kenneth Hutcherson is a career prosecutor with over 20 years of prosecutorial experience. Mr. Hutcherson has been involved in several high profile cases during his career.
Lee Young Wilbanks serves as Chief Deputy District Attorney in the Case Intake Unit. A lifelong resident of Fulton County, Georgia, she earned both her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Georgia.
Faye Pous Rosenbaum was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. After high school, she attended Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, and graduated magna cum laude with departmental honors, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and psychology. Faye received her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law, where she was a finalist in the Law Day Moot Court Competition.
Granville is an attorney who has been practicing criminal law in the state of Georgia since 2007. Prior to joining the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, Granville served as a public defender in the Macon, Rome, and Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuits, eventually becoming the Chief Assistant Public Defender for the Lookout Mountain office, where he was tasked with trying the most serious cases in the circuit.
Granville was among the first attorneys hired by District Attorney Willis in the Remote Case Intake Division. In that role, he was one of the top attorneys in completing charging decisions on general cases, while also serving as the exclusive attorney responsible for drafting and indicting cases with gang charges. He was awarded the “Case Intake Rising Star” Award in December 2024 and was honored alongside his fellow remote attorneys as a member of the 2024 Fulton County District Attorney’s Office “Unit of the Year.”
Granville graduated in the top 10% of his class at the University of Georgia School of Law and graduated from Austin Peay State University (Clarksville, TN) magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in English.
Fred Glenn Jr. brings more than 29 years of law enforcement and criminal justice experience to his role as a Deputy Chief Investigator in the Bureau of Investigations at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. During his tenure with the Executive Leadership Team, Fred has served as Deputy Chief Investigator of the Trial Division, Assistant Chief Investigator for the Major Crimes Division, as well as a Senior Investigator and Investigator in the office.
Kenneth L. Rucker serves as a Lieutenant Investigator at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office under the leadership of District Attorney Fani T. Willis. In this role, he supervises the Senior Investigators within the Case Intake Division.
Samuel Chaney serves as the Deputy Legal Assistant of our Case Intake Division. Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Samuel's passion for law and justice led him to pursue his education at Georgia Southern University.
