In addition to processing and safeguarding civil and criminal documents for both the Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts, the Court Services Bureau also provides assistance to the Fulton County judiciary. While Clerks are not allowed to offer any legal guidance, the office prides itself on educating users about its mandates and services, in addition to acting as a resource to external services.
