Your teeth are meant to last you a lifetime. Because dental care is an important part of your overall health, Fulton County offers a Comprehensive Dental PPO and a Dental HMO (DMO) Plan Aetna Dental for its employees. 

PLAN HIGHLIGHTS

Comprehensive Dental PPO Plan

• Dental plan that lets you choose in-network or out-of-network providers and covers a wide range of dental expenses
• If you go in-network, you do not need to complete a claim form
• If you go out-of-network, you are responsible for paying the difference in cost if your dentist charges more than Aetna’s pre-approved network fees; you may be required to pay the entire cost at the time of treatment and submit a claim for reimbursement 

Dental HMO (DMO) Plan

• Lower cost dental plan that requires you to see network dentists; otherwise, no benefits paid except for emergencies
• You and your enrolled dependents must select a primary dentist for this plan
• There are no deductibles for this plan
